I cut Michael’s hair and this time I did shorter than usual. The back and the sides were cut with clippers and the hair on top were cut a bit longer with lots of point-cutting. It’s a very simple haircut that is very hot right now. I then multi-coloured the hair using pieces of plain coloured chalk. It’s a way to colour your hair temporarily, until you next hit the shower. The hair keeps its natural texture and you can also think of it as a way to dye your dark hair a pastel pink without having to bleach it first. I took pictures of Michael having all the stereotypes regarding the male gender in mind. What makes a hairstyle or a hair colour look queeny, is the very same thing that can make it look butch. It’s a matter of packaging.
